Hi,

We used to get the PDE-PER errors quite frequently back in the old days of using Forms 4.5 and occasionally with Reports 2.5. It almost always meant that there was a problem with an attached library, either the library was currupt or it got too big. Unfortunately, we never found a solution other than closing the form and reopening it thus losing all the changes. Sometimes it would let us save the form under a different name. Sorry I don't have any more positive news, maybe things have changed with the new version of Developer. Good luck.
