problem with oem 2.04 and web server

Has anybody gotten Apache 1.3.9 (NT) to work with OEM 2.04? I noticed
(after the fact) that only Apache (Solaris) is supported. I was hoping
it might work now that Apache has a newer release.

I've created the alias(oem) and was able to download and install
JInitiator. When I try to go to http://oem/oem_webstage/cgibin
/oemconsole_cgi?oem I get an error stating that the oemconsole_cgi
url could not be found. The file is definitely there
(oem/oem_webstage/cgi-bin/oemconsole_cgi.exe).
