OAS 4.0.7.0.0 works with SP3 and Oracle Support told me that it will work with SP5.
When I did upgrade to SP5, OAS crushed.
Frank van Bortel adviced me to install the patch (4.0.7.1). Maybe this is the
solutions for my problem.
