I had this problem a while ago, and the solution is to shut down the reports server after every N reports. If you still having problems here are some other steps I took to stop it happening.
- Make the Virtual Memory setting massive, it run slow but atleast it will run
- after you kill the reports server run a host command to load it back up, if the report has to load up reports server and it doen't load quick enough you get an SSL Intergration error tying to run another product - which is unhelpful.
