Conditional statement

I have a multiple level of
if.. then.. else,
[Quoted] can i have something similar to Select.. Case or Swith.... break. this has to be written in a stored procedure PL/SQL . I tried to use decode, but was difficult in this case.

My last option will be writing "if... then... else"
