displaying graphics on oracle 7.3.5 using forms 4.5

I am currently changing to oracle 7.3.5 onto NT from sco unix and are going to use forms 4.5. As an enhancement to the current display I would like to display a picture of the current record selected. These graphics are bitmap which reside in an Access database. Can this be done or is it impossible. Any help given I would be most grateful
