webdb invalidates package

I am currently testing oracle webdb. However a very strange error occured while trying to create an html form to a stored package.

Package A in scema A references package B in scema B and package B is granted execute public.

Now the wizard went down with an error message like security package .. not found ( i think ).
After that all the packages in scema A became invalid that referenced the package B !
Looking in the dictionary of scema A, the package B is still valid but when trying to compile the
body of a package in scema A pl/sql gives an error message unknow object  the package B), as if the package didn't exist.
