Well it does in Rel 6, but you have to capture the tablespace(s) first.
You can do that with any user, that can 'see' those objects. I fiddled
with the database navigator, until I saw the tablespaces, and then chose
Capture Design.
As far as I know, previous release did the same, as long as the TS
was known in the repository.
