Req: Problem with OAS

I have a Oracle Applikations Server under Windows NT4.0 and when i want start a Applikation i get a Message like like this

I have a Oracle Applikations Server under Windows NT4.0 and when i want start a Applikation i get a Message like like this
The request did not specify a valid vrtual host
Any suggestion why the Server did not find a virtual hosts???
