Can you get an object list report for a forms .PLL library?

Anyone know how to get a listing of all the code and relationships displayed by Forms Designer for pl/sql libraries? Or does anybody have a program to do this?
Forms will provide a -- realtively -- readable description of all items in a form from the File->Administration->Object list report menu selection.
However, when run on a pl/sql library (a .PLL file) it produces nothing. Any ideas?
