Apple Mac G3 & Forms 5 Application

Is there any way to run a Developer (Forms 5) application on an Apple G3 Macintosh? So far I thought of:

   Porting the application to the web and running it in a browser, and    Running windows emulation software

Does anyone have experience with this?
