Hi,
The easiest way is to define a synonym (public or private, up to you)
for the remote object.
If you have db1 and db2 and a db_link "db2_link" on db1 pointing to db2,
and a procedure "proc" owned by "sch" on db2, you can do (logged to
db1):
sql> create synonym proc for sch.proc_at_db2_link; sql> execute proc( ... your twenty or so parameters ... )
