Designer 6 Dr. Watson Recovery

Using the Process Modeller of Designer 6 on NT the other day resulted in a memory fault.
Now when I bring up the diagram, it says the diagram has been deleted and so will be
switched to Read-Only mode. I suspect it is a locking problem but don't know which of
the 100+ tables might hold the lock.

The diagram is still there as it will display, but I cannot find a way
to "undelete" what I have
not deleted.
