Reports 6.0 - Report Parameter form & Report Links

I)
I have two reports in which one expects few paramaters thru' the parameter form before execution. To enable parameter form, the run time parameter in the preference needed to be set. But when i did that, the parameter form popped up for all reports irrespective of the reports expecting any parameters.

Is there a way to automatically disable the parameter form when the report does not expect any parameters?

II)

     Anyone had idea as to whether Reports 6.0 supports LINKS embedded in reports which when cliked would invoke other Reports in the same or separate window?

     Say, a reports shows data for a day, and if a link for weekly data can be provided there, it should show the weekly data on the same or separate window.

III)     Say a report has a list of codes on it. Each code has a definition that can be fetched from a table. Is there a way like to provide link or button to codes on the report and pop up the corr. definition when the button or link is cliked?
