Help Migrating Data and Schemas To Oracle 8

Hello

I am a nubie to Oracle. I am trying to install Remedy 4.0.2 which uses a SQL based file system. I have a flatfile system installed. In order to complete the Remedy install I have to migrate the flatfile system to SQL using Oracle 8 for NT. I have created the necessary export files, but have no idea how to import them into Oracle 8. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
