SQL*Forms 4.5 and FRM-30312:Failed to compile the library.

I've been suffering from the above error for a while now - I am utterly unable to produce a PLX file for my libraries. Nothing seems to work.

I'm using the command line version of f45gen32 (although the GUI interface produces the same result):
f45gen32.exe mylib.pll userid/pwd_at_somewhere module_type=library batch=yes

and it consistently produces the FRM-30312 error. According to the documentation I've been able to locate, this error basicly means "failed because of the previous error". But the problem is, this is the only error I see!?

I've tried all sorts of combinations by adding/omitting stuff like:
  • strip_source=yes (and No)
  • output_file=mylib.plx
  • generate=yes (and No)
  • compile_all=yes (and No)
in various combinations, but it doesn't seem to have any effect whatsoever on the result.

Any ideas out there?

System information:
- Windows 95 (B)
- SQL*Forms v4.5.9.7.0
