Can anybody help me .......?
I have a simple question : How can i put a BLOB into database in PL/SQL in
Developer 6.0 (Server 8.0) ?
An exmaple from Oracle documentation is for me not enough clear. I'm lerning
Developer 6.0 and PL/SQL so not everything is for me so easy.
