Forms Control and Oracle Report 3.0

Is it possible to implement forms control thru oracle reports and Windows NT print services

In OpenVMS you print to a queue and specifiy a form name. If that queue does not have that form it pends until the form is changed.

I realize that you can have multiple trays and specify that but what is a user removes certain type of paper out of that tray with another. you don't want you letterhead doc to print on laser labels ??
