Report Server Error - Strange Message!

I write a loop in Form 4.5 to call report 2.5 by "run_product('report', .........).
However, after the report server have been calling for 1000 times, (exactly 1000 times since my report will output a text file each time), the system hang!
And the report log show a strange message:

My system is PII400 with 192Mb ram running Windows 98 with Form 4.5 and
Report 2.5,
Oracle 7 on HP Unix server.
