Fetch out of cursor - Oracle Reports 3.0

Hello,
Iīve created a report with two queries.
When I generate the report, sometimes it works and the next time I get the
errormessage "Fetch out of cursor". Donīt know why this message comes ...
The cursor has to be an internal, cause I havenīt work with an cursor.
Every frame (normal and repeating) is on his right place.
Has anyone an idea why this message come ?
