There really is a size limit on the text of program
units (maybe 32k?). Of course, someone will say: make
your code modular, use structured programming etc;
it may help, but if you think of a
package, that can be made of small, structured parts,
and still have the limitation of size, as all the
package body is contained in a single program unit.
I've heard that forms 5 has not this limitation.
