We are using Oracle 10.7 SC with Add-on 16.1 RDBMS 7.3.4.3. We have over 1200 users across the planet (on two servers Our servers are on a DEC ALPHA running Unix 4.0D
[Quoted] In our particular situation, some requests are not completing successfully. When we look at the log file of the request, we can see that the request was terminated because of a Signal 11 problem.
Here the error
APP-00969 Program was terminated by signal 11 APP-01125 Concurrent Manager got error running Oracle Reports for request 504029
