Where I can find OCA 6.0 API?

Hi, All
API of OCA v2.0 was opened and because
module ub73w32.dll can successfully installed
on Oracle server for NT as external library.
I use it to access from Oracle storage
procedures to external data (for example
DBF-files, etc).
But some bugs in 2.0 version
compel me try to use version 6.0.
Unfortunately, in Dev2k v6.0 supporting library
exec_sql.pll was removed and the service
become build-in.
Can anyboby help with any information
about subj.
