Visual Studio 6.0 Database Wizard on Oracle? BUGS?

Has anyone used Visual Studio 6.0's Database Wizard on Oracle 8? Specifically Database Diagrams.

It is supposed to work but it looks like there are bugs. For some reason it feels necessary to continually set a column which is NOT NULL back to NOT NULL which of course caused Oracle to error.

Anyone have any success with this?

If not could you recommend a good tool for designing Schemas in a graphical manner? IE being able to view your database schema as it relates to other tables while adding and removing columns... seting indexes... etc.
