Oracle Forms 4.5 with S3 Trio 3D Graphics card.

When I use Oracle Forms 4.5 with a S3 Trio 3D Graphics card I have an error in which the form don't want to load. I checked on Oracle Metal Link web and I found no answers.
Did someone experienced similar problems. Any solution?
