Dynamic E-Mail generation from Oracle tables

How can we generate dynamic e-mail messages from oracle tables, do we have any suite available for this or a seperate e-mail s/w which can be integrated with Oracle in such a way that the e-mail ids could be picked from database tabl;es & also the content could be taken from database tables automatically.
