OAS & PL/SQL - cartridge with third - Party DB

Hi !
I'm working in an organization that uses OAS 3.0 with PL/SQL - cartridge to generate web forms. DB - Server is always a 7.3.4 server. On one particular project, we want access a MS-SQL-Server 6.5 datasource. Is this possible with the OAS 3.0 and the PL/SQL-cartridge, and are there packages for MS-SQL-Server equivalent to htp, or do we have to turn to other solutions (cgi, IIS, java).
