Forms 6.0 form for Windows using system colors?

How would one build a Forms 6.0 form that respects and uses the colors set up by the user in the Control Panel on Windows 95/98/NT, plus changes the colors accordingly if the user makes any changes when the form is running (this requires listening for the Windows message WM_SETTINGCHANGE)? It seems that the only colors that can be used are limited to the palette so can the palette be changed at run-time? How is the palette changed in the Form Builder, I cannot find the full description in the documentation?
