Aliena,
Use the RUN_PRODUCT built in from a WHEN -BUTTON-PRESSED trigger to call your report, this procedure also takes a parameter list as a parameter which you will need to build up before hand with the parameters you wish to pass to the report. The Forms 4.5 help has a helpful example under RUN_PRODUCT.
