I can imagine two ways:
[Quoted] 1. use ODBC connection in MS-Access and make a VB script where for each
table you issue the command : create table ORACLE_Table as select * from
Access_Table
or (perhaps easier)
2. export all the data in CSV files from Access, create directly in Oracle
the necessary table structures and then use SQLLoader to import the data in
the Oracle tables
Free advice: in future don't use Access anymore for any serious database application
