Changing Records_Displayed at run-time in Forms 5.0.6

Hi,

Does anybody know how to alter number of displayed records, in a multi-line data-block, at run-time?
[Quoted] AFAIK, the property Records_Displayed is only readable...

BTW, how do I know how many records that were fetched?
