A friend of mine is moving toward an "out of the box" Oracle HR solution. He is looking for good and bad experiences from the people who make it work. Can anyone address; Oracle's ability to deliver "out of the box" apps., the quality of Oracle professional services, vendor relations, general timeliness to production system, actual versus proposed costs, etc? Any insight would be of value. Thanks in advance
