BACKUP MANAGER PROBLEM

I have Oracle 7.3.4 on NT Server
I want to use the backup manager
I write the user ID, the password and the service I click the Ok button and.... nothing I click th Ok button again and again....nothing Its didnt work.
What's the problem
Could you help me with that?
