OG-00064 Please,Help!

My problem is embedding Graphics into Forms. When I attempt to call Graphics module into Forms chart item, I receive only error message OG-00064 Program unit parameter extraction failed .
Graphics Demo doesnt work too with the same cause. RUN_PRODUCT works with NULL-chart item only. OG package doesnt work at all.
Oracle7 Server Release 7.3.3.0.0
Graphics 2.5.7.1.0
Forms Version 4.5.7.1.7
Windows 95.
