How many Forms Developers worldwide ?

Hi folks,
I am just curious and like to get an estimate on how many Oracle Forms developers are professionally using this tool.
I guess there might be at least two numbers:
1. Licences sold by Oracle including shelfware
and
2. Developers how are actually using it.
Do you see FORMS disappear in the near future ? especially looking at Oracle's move towards Java.
So, please tell me your opinion
