Help:reports 2.5 master detail

Hi all,
I am building a master-detail report
[Quoted] i want the column heading only on the top of each page and not whenever the group changes.
ex)
country :aa
state:xx
district:yy
column1 column2 column3 column4

---

1         2        3      4
1        3       2         4

district:aa
column1 column2 column3 column4

---

1 3 5 5

I donot want the column to appear at each grouping level..
