DDE service name?

I opened an application with AppId := DDE.App_Begin ('c:\windows\kodakimg.exe', DDE.APP_MODE_NORMAL); However I can't establish a conversation. Maybe I'm not using the right service or topic in DDE.INITIATE. How can I tell which service and topic names are available. I've tried all combinations of 'imaging' and 'kodakimg' for service and the file name, service, and application for topic. I couldn't find any names in the registry that could help me.
