Designer/2000 primary key columns

I use Designer/2000 ver. 2.1 and I have a problem with primary key columns.
When I calculate the db sizing with Repository Reports, the primary key (PK) columns are not considered in the final calculation. Primary key columns are completely skipped by the repository reports! What can I do?
