HELP RE: RELOCATING ORACLE DATA FILES

Can anyone advise me how I can move the "SYSTEM" tablespace & "LOG" files from one drive letter to another on Windows NT.

I am unable to do this using Tablespace manager as I cannot set "SYSTEM" to offline
