I don't remember about Forms 4.5 exactly.

But in Forms 5.0 there is a SYSTEM.MOUSE_BUTTON_PRESSED variable.

It is "...The number of the button (1-2) that was pressed. Note: Mouse button support is limited to buttons 1 and 2 (left and middle) on a three button mouse. Mouse button 3, or the right mouse button, is reserved for future popup support..."
