CG_REF_CODES: How to generate the table?

I'm having a problem in d2k ver 2.1. Should be very simple!!!
I can't get the designer to generate the CG_REF_CODES or the other CG-tables!
Whenever I run the "Generate code control tables..." I only get the delete- and insert-statements ment for the maintenance of the table.
What went wrong?
