Forms 4.5

[Quoted] I just want to get your ideas here about Forms 4.5. Is it really easy enough for creating applications ? I found it's not flexible enough if we want to make an application that has a lot of customization. I can't do this, do that, for example : there's a restricted built-in that can't be used in some triggers. And how about the documentation ? Is it clear enough ?
