Migrating Oraterm 1.0 to Oraterm 2.3

Hello,
I just want to know if it is possible to migrate the key functions from
oracle terminal 1.0
to oracle terminal 2.3 ?
The oraterm 1.0 were used to define specific vt220 function keys for Forms
3.0,
but the forms have been converted to forms 4.5
and I need to have the use the same function keys.
I have a bo_vt220.r which is not readable by oraterm 2.3 !
What is the right way to do that ?
