Forms 5.0 on NT, No SQL in forms.

Environment:
Forms 5.0, Oracle 7.3 (may go to Oracle 8 in the near future), Windows NT Client, HP9000 Servers.
About 500 concurrent users on WAN.
Network upgrade to 100base-T is in the works. Database is not distributed but is huge.

Any help will be appreciated.
