Group protect in Reports 3.0

I would like to prevent the Group data from being placed on the page if there is [Quoted] not room for the details of that group--- for instance I have a report like

----------------------------------MyReport---------------------------------------------

[Quoted] NAME :Name of Emp Office: Central

    Title: Somebody's Title Hours 2:30 - 5:30 Other data about this person [Quoted]     even more data about this person

NAME: etc....
    Title:.....
     even.......

NAME : and so on...
I would like to prevent the NAME: line from being on a page if the Title: and [Quoted] even more lines will not fit.....

How ???
