Oracle Database Designer

Hello,

A while back, I downloaded a product called "Database Designer" from Oracle web site. It basically can reverse engineer an existing database to create ER diagram. Now I am ready to buy it but I no longer can find it in the Oracle Store. Anyone here know what is going on with that product?
