Export Oracle Forms code & structures to plain text files?

Is there a way to export the stuffings of an Oracle Forms app to text files, the way you can in (say) Visual Basic? Having done so can you make changes, and import the code back into Forms? Seems it would be an interesting way to do some audit and renovation tasks I'm facing.
