OWS startup under NT

[Quoted] Is it possible to automatically start the Oracle Web Application Server NT services automatically at boot time without a user having to log in.
In my experience a batch file could be written including the following :
owsctl start wrb
owsctl start www
owsctl start admin
and stored in the startup group. This however requires a user to log in
before
being run. None of the documentation I have groked so far explains why
I cannot set the services to autostart.
Any help would be appreciated.
