Forms connect to another instance?

Hello all,

Forms 4.5 now connect to instance A. Later, I created another instance B. How can the Forms connect to this instance B? Now, the connect string in login screen just typing the server name only. Do I need to type more information in the connect string so that I can connect instance A or B?
