Removing "Warning: Applet window"

Is there anyway to get rid of this message from the forms I'm viewing via IE4/Jinitiator?

All my pages have it at the bottom, and via Hydra it's in a nice bright yellow so that users will be annoyed, it even makes the tool tips mess up with a warning below them.
